It fits fine

A little disappointed quite frankly. The product description leads you to believe it's an Eotech brand product, however it's actually a Scapegoat brand. It's described as black, but it's really colored grey similar to G.I. issued 30 round M-16 mags. It was easy to put on the sight, but doesn't have an edge that wraps around the bottom of the sight to protect the bottom while still on the rail. Sand can still blow into the bottom of it.

Perfect fit as described as soon as opened. Stretch fit allows a snug fit without damaging the sight. easy to remove when taken into the field. Valuable way to store the EoTech while on the rail whether in a case or bag.

If you are going to spend your hard earned money for a top of the line sight, you might as well get a cover to protect your investment. The cover fits snug at first, and gets easier to use over time. Fits the XPS-2 perfectly. Good quality cover for your optics.

Does what it says

The purpose is to protect the sight while transporting the weapon and it will probably exceed this expectation. After having it for a short while, I'm not sure I'll use it that much. Will have to see. The Eotech seems pretty robust but the cover would protect the lenses from falling objects, etc.
Pros: Secure attachement, affords protection
Cons: a bit expensive for how it looks
