TIMOTHY SMITH's Review of EOTech XPS2 Holographic Weapon Sight
Unboxing I was disappointed by how fuzzy the ring and dot appeared. I tried different setting nothing worked.
I went to the EOTECH web sight set on returning it. That's when I saw the TROUBLESHOOTING section and read it carefully.
I wear a mild prescription glasses... I took off my street glasses and donned my shooting glasses... perfect image!
I did some experimenting... it turns out that my glasses that have the Transition (darkens in the sun) and Scratch Resistant coating don't work well with Holographic sights!
The Quick Detach mount is extremely solid... I am very pleased with this optic now!

- Love the image, window size & QD
Cons:
- No dust cover! I think that's odd!
Best Used for:
- 100 yard shooting
