Eotech battery contact replacement kit - EOTech Battery Sight Contact Replacement Kit for 512/552/551/511 9-NBUMPER

Have run Eotech's for years now and love them. I recently tried to turn on one that had been sitting for approximately 6 months. When it did not turn on, I thought the batteries were dead. When I opened the compartment, one of the batteries had gone bad and completely corroded the terminals. I was sick. I thought I was going to have to send this back to the factory for repair. A quick internet search revealed a factory repair kit reasonably priced and in stock at Optics Planet. Package arrived. Followed the directions. Within 10 minutes all new contacts were replaced and fresh batteries inserted. Red Ring of Death was back in business LOL.
