This is a great optic. When Eotech released the Vudu X line many folks poo-pooed this as a Fudd optic. However, this is the optic I was looking for as a main optic for a GPR. I do not want the cluttered mess that most LPVO reticles come with these days. This is not an uber-magnified precision optic with open adjustable turrets and I didn't need or want it to be (It's kind of the point in Low Power in the LPvo). I purchased the BDC reticle with holdovers at 2, 4, 6, and 8 MOA with crisp, etched, duplexish crosshairs. Made in the Philippines, the glass is very clear and the 1x is flat with a great FOV. Illumination is not daylight bright but it doesn't need to be. Illumination works well in lowlight scenarios. Capped turrets are also a welcome feature. Good glass, LPVO sweet-spot power range (1-6x), good eye box, under 18oz, capped turrets, holdover/BDC reticle, illuminated, backed by a fantastic company and warranty. Paired with an RDS on an Arisaka mount at 35*, it checks all the boxes for me.
