Easy install and perfect fit on my Mossberg 590M
Ordered this to replace the OEM forend on my Mossberg 590M. Note that item #4256 is the correct size for the 590M. Took about 10 minutes to install using the parts included and forend wrench (no need for any adapter nut). My 590M has a heatshield installed on the barrel and this forend does not interfere with it like other forends will, i.e. the Magpul M-lok forend.
The M-lok slots were to spec and I was able to install accessories easily. The provided rail covers were a plus as well.
Fits 590M with 18.5 barrel
This fit my 590M that Mossberg sells as the tactical version. The short model fits perfectly. I would recommend a vertical forgrip or something similar. The forend is very minimalist, you'll have a hard time using it with a heat shield without a grip or gloves.

ERGO-mazing!
Great upgrade for the shockwave, cuts down on the bulk and allows for mlok accessories such as weapon lights. This really allows you to optimize the shockwave for home defense. I would recommend some type of mlok rail covers as the anodized aluminum is kind or smooth.
