Most Helpful Positive Review Frame designed for wearing ear protection
An add on frame for me providing more versatility by eliminating some eyeshields swapouts.works with ESS ballistics eyeshields and can be used with a rx insert. These are my go to shooting glasses for the range. Comfortable and affordable compared to others in this category.
Most Helpful Negative Review Comfortable but doesnt grip
The supprressor kinda nice, but when not wearing any ear guard, the frame seems like to fall off when you're facing down... so you kinda need the retentention strap Pros: Light and comfy Cons: Dont't stay on your face without the strap

Nice fit, Reccommended

by jideay, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on January 11, 2017
Just shot 750 rounds in a day and half, and had no noise leaks through my electronic muffs. Did the job! In fact I'll be buying a second set for my clear lenses. I'm using them in combination with the Rx inserts. Excellent fit.

Crossbow Suppressor Kit

by ddc, Verified Owner from WA, United States Written on July 27, 2016
The ESS line is a lower cost option to Oakley's. The suppressor frames are much more comfortable under ear muffs than the standard frames are.
When used without ear muffs they provide less support than the standard frames and tend to slide down my nose. The ear muffs hold them in place.

ESS Crossbow Frames

by JohnH3, from PA, United States Written on August 31, 2015
Got the full kit a year ago and decided that I was tired of switching clear and smoke gray lenses out of the same frame so - a second frame! I love these. So comfortable. Can shoot in them all day long, they never move nor loosen and they're so thin that even when wearing over-the-ear hearing protection they "feel like I'm not wearing nothin'". The extended nose pieces (another order) keep my lengthy lashes from greasing up the inside of the lenses.
I even wear these when cutting the grass and doing other outside work because they stay put!

I highly recommend these frames and the ESS eye-pro systems.

I'm a cop in Brazil, and after receiving my order went to estande of shot and tested my ESS Crossbow. I loved the product. Perfect fit, great lens and the shape of the frame allows the use of protective ear. Sorry for my English.

Fantastic ESS

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from GA, United States Written on January 31, 2013
Wore bifocal over '30 years. Never bothered with sun glasses. After cataract surgery and multifocal implants I needed sunglasses. Selected ESS. Now have three frames and four lenses. Wear clear when not wearing yellow on the range or amber or smoke in the sun. So light and comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. Wear them at least 90 pct of my hours awake. Don't fog. Clear are great safety glasses.
Pros: Inexpensive, flexible wear great

ESS has a terrific product line, bought a set of Supressor frames to go with my collection of Crossbow lenses.
There is nothing more comfortable with headset hearing protection then the ESS Crossbow Suppressor.
Thank you for carrying the ESS products OpticsPlanet.com
Pros: Great quality, clarity and design
Cons: A little pricey but they're worth it.
