It took a while for me to get my product because it was placed on back order. Optics planet remained in contact with me and let me know that they would ship it out asap after it passed their quality checks. I can say without a doubt this is exactly what I need to shoot at the range and for my job on the flight deck. Could not be any more happier with the product and your customer service.
