fits mt hand
Vary easy install for a novice with 1911's, and it fits my hand way better than the stock flat mainspring housing, also looks good on the firearm.
Pros:
- Looks good
Cons:
- serrations are a little sharp
Best Used for:
- 1911A1 clones

honest review
This mainspring housing completes the real feel of a 1911 45 automatic. Most manufacturers install polymer housings, and they work, but steal is the old school nostalgia that captures the military ambiance. The arch fills the palm for a better grip. I wanted a lanyard loop for the complete application.

Honest review
This company has had useful products for many years for my needs. This is a good, decent addition to your 1911.the whole military application tops off the look, usefulness and to me the nostalgia. I can only comment on my 1911 colt, and Kimber 1911.both of those pistols come with flat main spring housings and the colt housing is polymer, that is not acceptable in my book. The Arch , steal housing is perfect for real fit and finish. Now my 1911is complete. Truly, worth the time and effort to change your pistols useful ability, and add nostalgia to it. I'm very happy with product and am purchasing 2 more for others in my collection.
Pros:
- Adds the usefulness to the pistol, in this case a Glock.
Cons:
- Can't find anything wrong with this product
Best Used for:
- Keeping pistol secure from 'fallin'out, of a holster, or belt. I like the idea of knowing I won't loose my side arm in the woods or hiking under heavy activity.
