Careful in Purchasing
Includes wrong screw set for mounting options on leupold, while the depth is correct the included screws do not thread to the mount (8/32 screws sent for a 6/32 max thread in the mount). The mount itself is oversized in tolerance requiring buffing and filing for proper fitment. The coating is prone to mar along edges. With drilling and tapping skills as well as filing it will eventually allow the optic mounting to dovetails, however be advised of what is required to proper fitment and function.

Fit perfectly and tight. May benifit from some buffing but I was able to drift it in with no issue.

Just Ok must be better options out there
This took a bit of fitting to go into a Kimber Custom 2. Just fitting the dove tail.
It only has 2 lugs to align the sight. The screws are not correct so you either make your own or search for the correct type.
I used silicone between the sight and base. Hopefully it stays put. After about 50 rounds still stays on zero.
Still better than the iron sight.

mount works
Good mount for the application, would recommend freezing the mount for a couple of hours before drifting it into place, makes it so much easier to fit.
You'll have to choose carefully which screws to use between the mount and the sight there should be a set that works.
For my sight I had to remove the rear posts, I found that a Dremel tool or similar followed by a fine flat file work really fast.
All and all it worked as advertised.

Kimber 1911 Optic Mount
Very snug fit!! Once on looks good. Cost was reasonable. Works well with specified red dot optics. Only better option is milling the slide, which will cost 3 times as much.I would buy again, but I probably would very lightly file down the dovetail for fit.
