Great Thread Protector
Very heavy duty and awesome knurling! Very easy to get a grip on. The threads fit all my rifles very smoothly, with a nice thread lead in to prevent cross threading. It is plenty long enough and actually has a few more threads then needed for all the rifles I tried it on.
The simple blued finish may not hold up as well as other more premium coatings, but I was choosing this for the size and shape.
I might recommend to EGW that they could offer this in another coating option (Cerakote maybe?). That is really the only down side I can find.

It’s to tall to use with ASR mount compensator I had to put in vice and cut it down
