Great quality on the helmet but I think the sizes run small, the size chart that is linked in the item description isn’t 100% accurate so be aware

Solid III-A helmet
Super solid and lightweight helmet. Size medium seems to fit me pretty well, and the suspension system is easy to adjust. Inner pads also come out easily via velcro and the rubber chin cup fits pretty well on the bottom of my chin. Could wear this for hours and not feel too weighed down on my head.
