ES EDT focuser
Got this brand new , built like a tank , heavy and it stops there.
no matter how tight you put the locks , the EP or Camera will move.
if you rack in or out , the image shifts horribly.
the inside drawtube support is some kind of teflon pads which makes it even worse.
the rack and pinion have a heavy grease to take up the slack . slop but it does not help.
if your going to use this focuser for DSO imaging and you need to use the HR coma corrector , you will be out away from the tube a good 6-8 inches and have a heave dangle twisting the star image.
Finally it looks great , heavy duty design, engraving is nice, but the R&P actually jumps as you rack in /out.
take a chance , might be ok for visual observation.
