ES ED127 with the 3 in Starlight Feathertouch Focuser

This scope is amazing! Have only taken it out twice but am madly in love with it. Easily split the rings and see the cloud bands on Saturn. Crystal clear images. Hey, and it's the middle of July in Oklahoma! Can't wait till winter to see what it will do! I did have to do a little modification to the mount handle to accept a guide/ finder scope because there weren't any holes drilled and tapped to install the mount bracket that was provided. I highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a really nice scope.
Pros:
  • Optics and focuser are phenominal.
Cons:
  • Had to modify to install a guide/ finder scope.
Best Used for:
  • Purchased for astrophotography and believe it will be awesome for that but visual astronomy is fantastic with this scope.
