The Best you can carry
I bought mine in 1986 in Anchorage Alaska. It sharpened several knives while we hunted Moose and Caribou. After I came home and since 1986 I have cleaned many deer and hogs and I just now sharpened my hunting knife with the same one I used 35 years ago.
Pros:
- It don't rust.
Cons:
- The brass tarnishes ( but is easily cleaned)
Best Used for:
- knives .

Eze Lap Diamond Hine
I've been collecting and sharpening knives for over 50 years now and the EZE LAP DIAMOND HONE is the quickest and BEST way to sharpen a knife that I have ever used. This tool comes with a belt sheath that you can carry wherever you go, and when you're field dressing any animal in the woods, the last thing you want to do is spend hours dharpening a knife. You can very easily put a razor edge on just about any knife in a very short time before the meat spoils. This is my "go to" tool whenever I sharpen a knife. It is scary good!!!
Pros:
- The hone portions screws back into the handle for protection from dirt or grime when not in use. Sturdy construction and the BEST sharpener I've ever used!
Cons:
- None
