Needs disassembly instructions
I think this is a great value. To make it better, instructions should be included to reduce the possibility of damaging the product during installation and when disassembly is required for cleaning.
Pros: Easy to assemble on the rifle. Provides a good platform for mounting accessories; top, bottom, sides. Enhances the appearance to make the rifle.
Cons: No instructions.
Galil handguard
This handguard fits my og galil sar perfectly it allows me to put a forward grip on the gun. I wouldn’t trust putting an optic on this thing tho because it will definitely not hold zero.

No metal heat shield inside
Took some Dremel work and there is no metal heat shield inside like the original but over all looks Sweet. I thought it might be a bit flimsy the way it connects but after working it very solid. I have a. 308 galil so this might not apply to lower caliber models but def Dremel and hammer needed. Bipod or scopes work well
