Recoil reduction - FAB Defense GL-Core Impact AR-15 Buttstock

I installed this on 12ga that had an adjustable ar stock on it that bruised my shoulder after multiple shots. Now it doesn't bruise my shoulder and actually makes it feel more like a push than a kick. Only thing is gotta watch where your hand is located as the whole gun will cycle back toward you an inch or so.
