Great forearm for my 590. Looked for options to mount accessories. Tried clamp on systems but had feeding issues. This forearm works perfectly. Has tighter tolerances than the factory Mossberg forearm and fits snug. Keep in mind that this has a small tab on the back and bottom of the forearm which you will need to slightly pry with a flat blade screwdriver to get it all the way home. Allows me to mount my light exactly where I need it.

Rail didn't quite fit my vertical rail grip. Slight modification with a small file and now it works fine.

Definitely impressed with the quality of this product but be aware that you need to find and purchase a 7 3/4” action slide tube in order to install it. I can’t speak to all Mossberg models but it will be necessary for the Maverick 88.

Easy to install and gives you plenty of options for attachments like grips, lights and slings! It’s a little loose but that’s actually the gun not the slide. It’s not noticeable with the factory slide tube but once you add this part along with a vertical grip and a light the movement is more noticeable. It’s a good trade off for the flexibility to add accessories.

I like the design and the ability to mount a light, and a grip, under the shogun but found it is very loose once mounted on a Mossberg 500A. The item rattles and does to sit snuggly on the shotgun. The size is relative to the original forend.

Exactly what I needed for mounting my tactical light as well as my vertical foregrip onto my Mossberg 500. This was very easy to install. I would recommend to everyone and I will definitely buy again.

This item was a PITA to install and it wobbles on the shotgun. I had to use a dremmel on the top tab so I could put the the retainer on. I purchased it so I could put a vertical fore grip on my pistol grip only shotgun. It is working well so far

I work in law enforcement and this is the best tactical forend for the Mossberg 500/590 shotguns. I have one on each of my Mossberg 500's. They are great for mounting weapon lights and lasers for the shooter preference. You can't go wrong with this forend.

looked like the way to go, as it had integral Picatinny rails on all three sides. It turns out there is another important reason to mount the light on the fore end slide: your supporting hand moves with the slide, so your thumb is always in position to work the light control switch.

This item was well designed and constructed, and went firmly on the Mossberg 500 slide without a hitch - like it was custom fitted. I ordered it to go with the Magpul Industries SGA Shotgun Stock for Mossberg 500/590 (Code: 55-SK-DSKI-MPIMAG490BLK), which I'm reviewing separately, and which was an excellent match (looked like they were made as a set). I wound up mounting the laser/light on the left-side rail for ready access to the switch, which means I had to choose the range at which I wanted the shot pattern to "zero"; not a big deal with a defensive shotgun.

Both items arrived in the same box in record time, and since I was over the free shipping threshold, I effectively got one at a "discount", by ordering them together.

Great product. Received promptly. Quality showed immediately. Have purchased fab defense products in the past so I knew quality would be top notch. Easy to install following included instructions. Love the look on my shotgun takes it to the tactical level as soon as it's installed.
