Exactly What I Am Looking For, But:
Ok so it's not really a mod, and perhaps it's just fixing a bad habit. I bought this for it to go with a tacstar 6 round side saddle for my 870 defense model. Normally one has to cut off the end of the factory synthetic stock to get it to clear the saddle. This one almost seems designed for it.

only buy if you are using both side mounts
The forend is solid and feels good in your hand, if you are planning to use both side mounts it's a good item.
I only needed the bottom rail and the side rails are in the way of where i put my hand.
The problem is when i take them off the area underneath them is flat and you can see the screw hole...

870 FAB hand guard
Brought this for my Remington 870 gen2 tactical. Basic forend install. Plenty of videos on YouTube to help. Looks great. Feels good. Not as tight as the factory forend but tolerable. Works with the AIM Quad Rail.
Pros:
- Awesome Sauce
Cons:
- none really
Best Used for:
- Pump and Dump

Fab Handguard
Great product. Looks great on my 870 and allows accessories to be installed ie flashlite. The handguard is a little fatter which feels great in my hand and along with the Fab recoil reducing stock with pistol grip makes my 870 a super looking shotgun. Recommend

Great tactical forend
This unit is very well made, comfortable to use and has plenty of mounting rails to add equipment such as a vertical fore grip or a laser/flashlight. I bought this for my Walmart Partner Pump special and it was a very tight fit, but I got it on there. It is very functional and looks great.
Pros:
- Very functional
Cons:
- Very tight fit
Best Used for:
- Tactical & home defence.

- comfortable grip
- Good options for mounting light, laser etc.
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Home defense, and outdoor shooting

Great product
Fit perfectly. No problems. Optics planet is the best. I purchased a nightforce scope from them in the past. Their prices can't be beat and their phone service people make things easy. They have become my go to provider
Pros:
- Low cost. Ease of installation
Cons:
- None

Quality Handguard Upgrade
I have mounted this fore grip on my Remington 870 and have been quite pleased with the results. It is sturdy and I have used the rails to mount a TLR 1 and a vertical grip. The product is lightweight and the option to remove the left and right rail if they are not being used is a great asset. The installation is not overly complicated, but if you are unfamiliar with disassembling your firearm fully it may present a bit of a challenge. (I recommend the use of youtube videos if you need a walkthrough on disassembly.) My only notable complaint is that there is slight side to side play on the grip. However, it is not enough to bother me too much.
I have been using this mod for over six months now and I would recommend it to a friend.
Pros: Durable, Adds Utility, Flexibility, Grip.
Cons: Not Cheap.

Does what I need it to
Overall nice forearm. Construction is pretty solid. Rails have some sharp edges which did cut my hand the first time I shot my Remy 870 tactical 12 gauge with it on. Upgraded to a vertical foregrip to avoid the sharp edges. Also installed an LED weapons light on the rails and it holds tightly on the rail with no issues.
Pros: Solid construction
Cons: Just a tiny bit too expensive
