FAB drop in quad rail carbine length
Very well made. Fit onto a Colt 6720 perfectly. I used a handguard tool to install it, then used removable carry handle to span between the upper and the handguard top rail in order to line them up and then I installed the four screws that hold the top and bottom parts of the handguard together. Now it is rock solid with no wiggle. There is a small 1/8 inch gap between the top rail and the flattop uper rail. It has QD sling holes on the sides of the rails which is nice. Solid as they come
This is a rock-solid carbine handguard. The fit and finish is very nice as well. Once I got this thing mounted on my rifle it wasn't going anywhere. I'd put this up there with any of the big names as far as rigidity and ruggedness goes and it's surprising that this isn't more popular. I suppose it's due to the price, either super budget like UTG or Daniel Defense, nowhere in between. But in between is exactly where this rail falls. So if you're looking for the performance of the big expensive names and want to save a few bucks (like $100 or more) than this is a great option and I highly recommend!
