Love it - just need a MLok version
It is very unusual holding that feels very natural. My problem is that I needed a picatinny rail to use this on my Mlok platform which makes the Thumb portion too far off for my hand. If they had an MLok version it would be 5 stars!!!

I purchased this grip because it's one of the best looking angles grips out there. I've also purchased Fab Defense pistol grips and had no issues with those so I assumed this would work great. After installing, the grip was extremely loose on the rail and had a ton of wiggle room from left to right....

I absolutely love the PTK VTS foregrip
The FAB Defense PTK VTS Foregrip/Thumb Support Combo is the best way to have complete control of your rifle, SBR or carbine.

Now I don’t own a AR to put this on. (So why did you buy it?) because I live in California & it’s only a matter of time before they won’t allow you to buy things like this online. I’ll have one in 2026. Buddy has one on his AK & it feels great on the hand & you do have full control even if you have a fin on your rifle. Again if you live in California, get all your accessories for your rifle NOW!

Feels great and provides excellent control
I tried several other foregrip styles on my rifles that provided decent grip and control, but the PTK VTS foregrip/thumb support combo took it to a new level. I loved the design and feel of the foregrip, but the thumb support dramatically increased my control over the barrel. The normal foregrips primarily gave me good push/pull control of the barrel, but with the thumb support I have much better control over side-to-side and rotational movements of the barrel. It is currently on my decked-out S&W M&P AR-15, and I plan to add this combo to my S&W M&P FPC as well. The quality is excellent as well, and feels very durable.

Super Comfortable
I was really surprised by this grip. First impression was it looks a little funny but once you install and use it, it’s a game changer. It’s perfectly contoured and helps you get that good C grip with your thumb wrapped around your Handguard . Also has a small storage container built in for a hex key etc. I highly recommend it.

Awesome foregrip
I searched through tons of foregrips. I saw this one and found some videos showcasing it. I wasn't happy with other that i had, i really like the thumb support and size. Good quality and easy to install. The only issue i had was the set screw that comes with its a little long. But not a problem to shorten it. Would recommend and buy again.

Pretty nice fore grip
Fit and finish is nice and it looks good on my rifle. I haven’t been to the range yet but I believe I’m going to enjoy it. My only complaint is the one of the screws pokes out the side when fully tightened. Wish it was flush.

Best fore grip for a perfect carbine weld
I ordered this after looking at every forgery available and OpticsPlanet.com had the lowest price... again that's usually the way it goes when you are looking for anything firearms related. This grips is the most natural feeling you will find and it has a soft feel to it giving you a very good sense of the weapon in your hands.
