First off...I know an Atlas is the pinnacle of bipods, with a pinnacle cost.
So, I wanted something with features that would be good for my style of shooting, without breaking the bank. I had a couple UTGs, which were nice, but missing something. I returned them...
So I bought this and I am NOT returning this...It has the features I wanted; 45 and 90 degree leg, >6"-9", no springs, no unwanted movement at the joint.
But, it had more!! It comes with leg extensions! And there is a spring-back to 0 degrees. After panning that perfect shot, it returns to 0. Very cool. And extensions included, big thumbs up.
Is it an Atlas...nope, and if you've used one, you know they're great. But this is a very solid bipod with more features than I thought. Well worth the price.
