Head space issues - Faxon Firearms 18in BIG GUNNER Barrel

I bought the first barrel from Optics Planet and failed headspace then got a replacement and it too failed headspace. This was verified by two gun smiths in my local area where we used my 6.5 Grendel type 2 bolt from Faxon witched passed with two different barrels. It's been 1 1/2 months and Faxon still will not answer back to me nor will they pick up their phone. Luckily I bought this from Optics Planet and was able to get a full refund after the 2nd one failed. 5 star to Optics Planet, one star to Faxon Firearms of horrible customer service and poor quality control.
