Most Helpful Positive Review Great Barrel
1st impressions are huge and and this mad a great 1st. Barrel arrived packaged safely from optics planet. Arrived with protectors on both the thread and barrel extension, lightly oiled and an overall beautiful barrel. Fit perfect with my upper, head-space on point. I haven't taking it to the range yet as I just finished the build but if this is like any other Faxon barrels, Im sure it will be at the very min 1 MOA. Just be careful, the title says rifle length but this is a mid length gas system as in the description and verified from Faxon's site

Outstanding barrel for 6.5 Grendel

Tbis barrel for me was very accurate and lightweight. The fluted barrel looks amazing. I was getting. 5" to .75" groups from 100+ yards with Hornady Black ammunition.
This barrel Faxon did well, as well as all their other barrels. I've had several in 5.56, 7.62x39, 6.5 Grendel, and 9mm. All preformed amazing.

Faxon 6.5 Grendel heavy fluted barrel

Very nice fit and finish, this barrel, like every other Faxon product that I have purchased is of the highest quality. More on the accuracy of the barrel to come, as of now, 30 out of 30 rounds steel and 30 out of 30 brass rounds chambered and fired as expected.

Had a great deal on Faxon website but they were out of stock and didnt take back orders. Called them gave me a few websites, OP had the best price and ability to backorder.
Barrel is great, well made, and accurate. I will order more Faxon barrels in the future.
