Visible damage to crown, visible damage to feedramp, and the locating pin on the reciever extension was improperly installed causing the barrel, chamber and gas port to be about ten degrees out of alignment once the barrel was installed into a quality upper receiver. Considering this barrel is supposed to be match grade i would expect the quality control on this barrel to be top notch, i am disapointed to say the least!
