Great for the price!
After shooting with this for a bit it does a great job of mitigating recoil and flash. It also isn't overly loud so you're not "that guy" at the range. Being able to time it without a crush washer or spacers is a really nice feature and looks great at the of the barrel.
Muzzle Brake
Mounted this brake on a Faxon Gunner 16in barrel. Fit and finnish were spot on. No difficulty mounting, doesn't require crush washers or shims and will snug down good and tight without over torquing.

Looks great but is useless
The one I received the threads weren’t cut all the way. Looks like they made one pass on the lathe and never came back to finish cutting threads. Would not thread on my BA barrel or ANY other barrel I own. It’s packaged up and getting sent back. Which is a bummer because I looked a lot of places and really wanted this Faxon model. won’t buy Faxon again

An Excellent Choice
Installed on an 18in Ruger MPR with a mid-length gas system and an Armaspec Stealth captive recoil spring assembly, follow-up shots are like butter. I’m not even holding my rifle like a three-gun god and it barely moves when I fire. WAY better than the multi-port brake Ruger puts on them.

3port muzzle brake at 15
Just built my ar 15 and this went beautifully on my faxon 14.5 inch barrel it not only brought it to the 16inch minimal requirements for my state but the recoil and flash were dramatically reduced thank you faxon

Ordered wrong break (liked it so I didn't return)
I ordered this muzzle break when it went on sale, meaning to order the faxon slim break for a faxon 14.5 pencil barrel I recently purchased. I was going to return the item but decided not to. Can't ever have too many AR parts, amiright� I got it for a good price and the quality is top notch (like everything else I have purchased from faxon) and I like the jam nut style locking mechanism. Finish is very high quality, I have not yet installed it on a rifle so no thoughts there, maybe this weekend if I get a chance, I'll try it out and update review.
