Works pretty well
This is a very light and slim FH. It looks good on my 16" Ballistic Advantage pencil barrel. I tested it in low light and could see 3 dim flames maybe 1/2" long. It isn't the most effective flash hider out there, but I think its pretty good for such a light and slim device. Finish looks good and it includes a crush washer. It can be installed using a 9/16" hex wrench or deep socket (wish there were some kind of instructions stating this).
Poor quality
Ordered this flash hider to pair with my faxon pencil barrel. Figured after seeing the quality of there barrels the flash hider would be as well made, but before I installed it onto the barrel I noticed all Three prongs of the flash hider where a different length. I would buy there barrels again, but Would not recommend there muzzle device.

Faxon Slim Flash Hider
Faxon makes good stuff. Perfect for pencil 14.5 builds. I had to drill my own hole for the pin/weld process, but that’s no big deal. I thought it would come with a hole pre-drilled. The gas block slid right over the flash hider. Works great.

Faxon .625 flash suppressor
Great product, looks nice and you don’t have that unsightly bludge on the end of your barrel. My barrel is .625 this suppressor is .620, so you can get the gas block off without removing the suppressor, this is a big plus for applications where it has to be permanently attached. Kudo Faxon,, very Well Done.

Great but misleading
Received the flash hider today, great product quality, finish is perfect, no defects that I can find. I gave it four stars instead of five because the pictures of the product are misleading. The flash hider does not come with a hole drilled in the side for a pin. Other than that, it seems to be a great product, can't wait to get it on my barrel.
