great for a north east woods gun
Perfect barrel length with a flash hider for a decent large frame AR to bring our in the woods. Should pair well with an SLR 13in .308H handguard. If you aren’t using a pistol brace or sbr lower you’ll need to pin and weld, which is fine.

Defective barrel
Hopefully a one-off, but the barrel Received passes headspace but fails chamber gauge. I think during QA/QC in manufacturing it seems they forgot to check chambering.

My Alaskan fishing rifle
I just got my AR10 rifle built and test fired, I made the right choice in acquiring this 13.9 inch .308 barrel and match it with my Aero Percision platform…this AR10 .308 rifle is my bear defense weapon when fishing in Alaska (along with my 10mm for protection if needed)…the weight of my weapon is not bad with 20 or 25 rounds uploaded as compared to 8 rounds of 10mm plus 16 rounds…plus the .308 is better power than 10mm in bear country at close range( my 10mm is close at hand if needed )…better to have both than just one and need both…..?

13.9” Gunner 308 barrel
Great barrel, well finished, had to polish the feed ramps but no big deal. Excellent machine work.
Pros:
- Great machine work, light weight.
Cons:
- Feed ramps are not polished, but that is easily fixed
Best Used for:
- SBR using a suppressor.
