Out of spec
I could not install it out of box. Internal diameter was 0.748. I had to remove extra 0.002 and polish it to fit to the barrel. I was using Faxon barrel in my AR build. So, It is very odd when Faxon gas block does not fit Faxon barrel.
Fit snug as a bug
This thing not only hugs my barrel like it owes it money, but it looks good while doing it

Mounts into position and holds securely. It is a full port gas block. Works as it should. I wouldn't use it on a suppressed setup.

nice gas block
Runs great with my 7.5 in Faxon barrel and Faxon gas tube. I had issues with other gas blocks and not cycling subs being under gassed. Switched everything to make Faxon 1:5T barrel and included a lightweight BCG by Faxon and everything is good to go.

Perfect for me
This gas block lines up perfectly with my Faxon barrel and Aero Precision gas tube. Easy to install. I’ve read reviews from people who said it cracked when they tightened the screws and I’m not sure how that’s even possible. Highly recommend.

This gas block is machined perfectly and runs flawlessly. I would recommend it with any Faxon barrel.

Fitting and the looks great.
I’m using it on the aero precision 16” barrel and the gas block mount was easy and with three mounting set screws it definitely secured on the barrel.

Gas blocked arrived well packaged and very quickly. I have not installed it yet but there seems to be no damage or scratches.

my go to non adjustable gas block
These gas blocks just plain work and they look pretty good too! I generally use faxon or ballistic advantage barrels because they are always gassed just right where all you need to do is tune with the spring instead.
