Chipped / scratched Faxon BCG
At first glance the bolt carrier looked great and it still does but upon further inspection I noticed that there were some deep machine marks on the side and now I’m not sure if it would actually be something that would affect the bolt carrier or my rifle but for the price I paid and the item being new I understand that things happen but I would like to have one without blemishes without even being used..
New Upper Build
Nice and sleek foundation for a new upper build. Getting all of the parts ordered for my own custom .223 Wylde upper.

probably not the norm...
I want to start out by saying it could be human error on my part- somehow somewhere something i could be missing. That and this is probably one out of a thoudand circumstance where something was overlooked/ slipped by...so this BCG from faxon, which ive heard positive things anout the company and heard theg hold their when it comes to the BCG quality. So does faxon have a break in period for their bcg's? Why then, is this bolt carrier group able to load a round when using the charging handle, fire the round, eject spent casing, and slam back into battery without grabbjng a new round? I have to use charging handle each time to ne anle to fire a new round. Nothing else has changed in this setup, been a super reliable gun, well over a 1000 rounds theough and had d first malfunction with this bcg. Very bummed out and hopefully faxon has good customer service as well. First impressons are expremely important...probably wont be buying a faxon anything ever. Which is too bad

Great Looking BCG
Bought It for my wife to put in her purple Aero ARP. She's happy. Haven't had the chance to test it out. One small chip in the side of the carrier, but aside from that, the action is smooth. Otherwise would've been a 5 star.

Nice BCG for my built
Great BCG colored beautifully that will match a similar Faxon barrel on a blue anodized Aeroprecision set. I definitively recommend all Faxon products
