I got this for my Sig M17 as I didn’t read that it wouldn’t work for that model, however after watching a few videos I found out that it can in fact work on the M17 if you remove the LCI (Loaded Chamber Indicator) which is a very simple process that depending on if you already have an optic mounted can take as little a minute with an optic or without under 5 minutes. I found out in my research that many aftermarket barrels no longer make their offerings with a notch for the LCI because it allows debris and powder to exit more which in turn gets the optic filthy and can lead to other issues. Most manufacturers saw the issues and solved the problem by going back to the old design with no notch. That said after removing the LCI which was super easy as I have an optic mounted everything fits perfectly and runs flawlessly. I had originally picked this barrel up along with a few others from other manufacturers for my g45 and my sig p226 legion rx, as I had ordered a 9mm suppressor and wanted to have multiple hosts to get the most quiet bang for my buck. I’m still waiting on my CGS mod 9 suppressor but all 3 guns look and run great with the new barrels and I especially like the pattern on this barrel for my m17 as it adds a great aesthetic and should aid cooling somewhat. I would definitely recommend these as they’ve been great in my experience.

Tried with CCI, Magtech, Norma and Ficocchi,. All of them got the shells stuck in the chamber, forcing me to rack the slide against the range table.
Reverting back to the original barrel worked well.
Weird, because I have many other Faxon products that doesn't have this issue.

Customer service isn't helping much, they just lost a good customer.

Tried with several different ammo types, all of them leave the cartridge stuck in the chamber.

I really wasn’t going to write a review I was just going to let it go, but i keep getting emails about it. The barrel was very disappointing. When I changed it, I tried it with three different suppressors and by itself and every third shot it keeps jamming. I thought maybe it was the Ammo so I bought four different ammo brands
And different grains. Unfortunately, it keeps jamming after the third shot. I replaced it again with the original thinking maybe it was something different but the original barrel works fine. Did not jam once. I put four magazine with 10 rounds in it no problem. It’s very disappointing because I spent over $150 and it’s not functioning properly. I understand you can get 20 amazing products and one of them will be garbage. Maybe I just got the bad one.

Beautiful barrel shoots accurate. The only problem that I had initially was it would not hand cycle properly. I think the tolerance might be just a little tight on the hood but after 500 rounds, I haven’t had an issue with the hand cycle. Definitely would recommend.

The barrel has better fitment than the OEM barrel. It drops in and locks with zero play. The fliers disappeared with this barrel. The only issue some might have is with the TiN PVD coating. Since the barrel fits tight the coating comes off at the contact points.

This is a great addition to my 320. Great look and functions well. Hard to find color for that little extra to your pistol but this certainly fits the bill

I couldn’t be happier with it, although I haven’t test fired it. I will update the review when I can. It really tied the look of my Sig together. I will test the suppressor as well when I test fire it.

Aesthetically pleasing. Fit and finish was immaculate. Takes the look of my FLUX raider build to another level. Superb performance at the range. Great price from Optics Planet. I definitely would purchase again.
