Most Helpful Positive Review I have two that have been working fine, but an enhanced firing pin would have been good.
So, it seems that a lot of 7.62x39 steel cased ammunition has unreliably deeper seated primers. A regular AR-15 firing pin with this ammo may result in light primer strikes. I replaced the firing pins with enhanced firing pins, which are slightly longer, and no more light primer strikes with steel...

Most Helpful Negative Review no reliable customer service
There's a gap between tht extractor and the bolt this is the second bolt/bcg I have issue with from faxon. Been trying to get ahold of their customer service via phone and email since March 23rd today's April 7th nothing but crickets.

Awesome and reliable

I love my Faxon bcg, it fits and flows nicely in my upper reviever. My Faxon bcg has fed, fired, and extracted everytime flawlessly. I have purchased many Faxon products and I love all of them. I do recomend Faxon barrels and bcgs to my friends looking to start building their own ar15s.

Won't fire steel case ammo

I bought this BCG for a AR15 7.62X39 build. Works great with brass case ammo but a NO-GO with ANY steel case ammo. Dents the primmer but won't fire.
Calling Faxon for support is a waste of your time, terrible customer service.

customer service and bolt is garbage

I wanted to like it but when the thing wont cycle any type of ammunition its a problem. Customer service never got back to me about finding some weird piece of rubber behind the extractor. Looked like a rubber pellet not the donut for the spring. Anyway its trash and I have a gun owned for 10 months I would t even take out of the safe until tonight when I realized its not worth it. Forget you fagxon.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!

$140+ paperweight. Causes malfunction every shot. Thought the brand was safe, I thought wrong. Outside the return window so I paid for something I didn't get. I will update my review with manufacturers response, brace yourselves.

Function of BCG

I have a Faxon 10.5 Barrel Faxon Gen 2 Bolt JPSCS 15 - JPSCS15H2. This bolt will not cycle. I may get one round in fire or misfire, after that, Jack Squatt! I installed AIM SURPLUS BCG and I'm off and running without a burp. I only must come to the conclusion that I have a $150.00 paperweight. How disappointing!!
