900 Lumens coming from a flashlight the size of a small redbull can... awesome! A LED flashlight with 900 lumens using 4AA batteries... even better! Now to the best... It can FOCUS! Oh, and it also has FIVE different brightness levels, one seizure mode, and a S.O.S. signal. Now, I’m not sure the voodoo that went into the design of the lense, but someone deserves a gold star! ZERO distortion at full flood and zoom. However, you will notice concentric rings of distortion as you zoom in and out but I guess those are to be expected. Now the five brightness levels are genius! Most lights have 2 levels: can’t see what you are doing, or burn your cornea out! Just hit the little button and select the level that works for you... just that simple! The light also has a nifty lockout feature to prevent you from accidentally turning the light on. Now where the designers failed... EVERYONE knows lights NEED a momentary onoff feature. Why they didn’t put it one this light defies logic! Essentially they made this light nonfunctional for law enforcement. What happened!?! Surefire bribe someone in management? All in all, it’s my go to flashlight. When I want to see something I grab this light. You will not find a better light for a cheaper price, and will have to add 200 plus dollars to find its equal.
