I purchased this flashlight to mount on my ar. Put it in a olight offset picatinny rail mount. The flash light is really bright and the strobe setting is definitely effective at disorienting someone. Even with 18650 battery in it still doesn’t weigh that much. Haven’t used it a whole bunch but hopefully it holds up for a while.

I own another Fenix Flashlight from years ago and it has held up well and works flawlessly. So, I saw this 1000 lumen PD35 model at a great price and thought I would add to my collection. The durability and water resistance ratings are excellent. It truly produces a high level of illumination in the darkness. I tend to use the Eco, low, or 200 lumen settings the most while taking walks at night. But, on occasion I have hit the 500 and 1000 lumen settings and it is amazing how powerful this light is. I use a 3400mah Orbitronic battery for the power source. I highly recommend this flashlight for outdoor enthusiasts, tactical usage, or the normal consumer that just wants a really compact, well made, powerful flashlight!

Exactly what the reviews have been saying on the internet. Lights up the entire house when lights are out, the strobe feature is excellent. Feels comfortable in the hand, not to small. .

For the size of the this light it puts out a lot of lumes. Took it scouting for new spots to hunt and it lights up the forest pretty good. Housing is super durable and very light in weight. Diffently would buy another one great light can’t say enough about it.

Would recommend this flashlight to anyone. Habe one for each of my vehicles, and a few for the house/gear bag. Much brighter than a 3 battery D-cell flashlight I own that is also rated to 1000 lumens. Recharable batterys are more cost effective in long run.

I went from Surefire to stream light and have been a streamlight guy for a while now but wanted to open my options and give other companies a try. This light is bright, brighter than my edc flashlight by far. It has a good wide area that it lights up and has several function modes. I got this for my wife’s edc bag. It is clunky though, not something I would want in my pocket all day long but as far as functioning I haven’t had any issues and like I said, it’s bright.
Pros:
- Bright, not outrageous price for what you get
Cons:
- Clunky, takes up a lot of pocket space
Best Used for:
- Spare truck light or edc bag

Not sure I can really say anything that hasn't been said about this light. I ended up picking it because of it's low output setting - it was lower than some of the other options I was looking at, which was just as important as the high end output. Plus, I like the varying strobe. Great so far!

Great flashlight! Super bright. I have a Surefire Defender E2D which is a better quality flashlight, but this is brighter and less than half the price. As a bonus it also uses 18650 rechargeable batteries.
Pros:
- Excellent value
- Super Bright

Good for general use, lots of features for a modest amount of money. Keep one in your car. Features anyone will appreciate and serve you well. *Keep both kinds of batteries for times of emergencies. Throw half dozen non-rechargable in bag, car, boat. Keep extras of both kinds at home with charger.
Best Used for:
- emergency, security and backup

Perfect for your duty belt. Great brightness options. Compact. Long battery life. I have the older pd35 and it was great, decided to get the new 1000 lumen model for work and bring the old one home so i could have a quality flashlight at home too. Great option for law enforcement, camping, self defense to blind an attacker, or any general lighting need.
