Ordered Fiocchi Shooting Dynamics 3 Gun 12 Gauge 7.5 1 1/8oz 2.75in for Trap. Carrier dented one corner of the case. The dent translated into one box inside the case and damaged ONE shell. With most stuff, I'd just say, "Meh" and toss the one shell, but shooting Trap rounds requires 25 shots, so the damage rendered the box as unusable for shooting a round of Trap. Called and asked how we can proceed. OPlanet had me send them photos of aspects of the damage and then promptly replaced the entire box of shells. I would have been satisfied with just one shell, but this is great service, and I'm quite grateful for the way it was handled. NOT TO MENTION the service on the phone was extremely polite, and they handled the situation efficiently and with no pushback on the situation at all. Highly recommend Optics Planet. P.S. The Fiocchi shells are great - if only I was a better shot!!
