Most Helpful Positive Review Best bipod of this type
Over the past 6 years I’ve bought a few of these, some are pretty decent, others were complete trash, I bought one Harris that I still have that is awesome and worth the few extra $ I spent, however the last Harris I bought was **** and I threw it away, I also have tossed a couple of Caldwells due t...

Most Helpful Negative Review Bipod is cheesy
You can’t get it to quit tilting. Hard to zero in while using a scope. Save your money and buy a better brand. Wish they had made it with only the option to told but why the heck u need tilt anyway?says I need 200 characters but I think it must been some characters who made this website

Great price for functions

by Karl Tremmel, Verified Owner from NY, United States Written on January 10, 2020
Best price for a well made product. While I would have liked the legs to be infinitely adjustable instead of stepped, I purchased this product eyes wide open. It has held up to several months of light use, and has not caused any major issues. The only complaint I have is the knurled screw that holds the bipod legs to the mounting post loosen with use, and has to be retighted. Use of blue lock tote may keep this from happening, but I haven’t tried this yet
Pros:
  • Inexpensive for a basic product that is well built
Cons:
  • Leg adjustability
  • Leg adjustment limitations
Best Used for:
  • Light to medium use
Would recommend: Yes

nice harris clone NOT

by WILLIAM, from TN, United States Written on January 1, 2019
I wanted to update my first review. On my second outing with this bipod it failed me. Halfway through the day at the range the bipod snapped in half.It broke in two right under the mount.I was really disappointed but luckily I had brought one of my Harris bipods as a spare. I should have bought another Harris, Ive had them for years and they never let me down.
Pros:
  • cost
Cons:
  • cheaply built

nice harris clone

by WILLIAM, from TN, United States Written on December 21, 2018
I needed a new bipod for a .22 rifle build and I thought I'd give this a try. It has all the features I enjoy in my Harris bipods, pivoting head, lock/lever, leg notch adjustments, for about half the cost. It appears to be well made and I believe it will hold up well on my new rifle.
Pros:
  • reasonable price
Cons:
  • none can see
Would recommend: Yes

Bipod for Ruger 243

by Garlic Grower, from OR, United States Written on December 16, 2018
I am 67 and not as steady as I used to be shooting free hand. Did a lot of research on bipods. This one seems as well built as any of the high dollar ones except the price is very fair. Have not had a chance to use it in a hunting situation yet. I bought it to use during our blackmail deer season here in Oregon. It is currently closed. I Don't think you can go wrong with this bipod.
Pros:
  • Great quality at a fair price
Cons:
  • None as far as I can see
Best Used for:
  • hunting and target practice

Firefield Stronghold Bipod

by Frankie G, from OH, United States Written on December 14, 2018
Has Same features as other brands costing three times as much. Very Very pleased with this bipod. As always do your research but this is a very good product at a excellent price point. I think its plenty strong enough to use on a 18” 5.56 rifle as I am.
Pros:
  • Pivots, cants (tilts) left & right. Adjustable tension.
Cons:
  • None as of yet
Would recommend: Yes

Solid bipod

by Cowboy, from MO, United States Written on October 6, 2018
Still love to shoot; but aim is not as steady as it once was. Mounted it on my Creedmoor and headed for the range. Shook some screws loose on that first visit; but nothing that a little loctite blue couldn't fix. Has held true and steady on all following trips to the range. Solidly built, easy to mount, legs easily extend, retract and fold. Liked this one so much that I have recently bought the 14-26 inch model as well.

My New Favorite Bipod. Well Made. Loaded with features at a great price.

by OCL Sportsman, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on August 26, 2018
This bipod has notched legs that spring out and lock into max height every time for me. It has an adjustable locking handle. When unlocked, one has the ability to pivot and pan side-to-side. It's the best Harris Clone I've seen yet and it seems to have more features than unmodified Harris bipods. It's of good quality and is a great value. I prefer spring out much better than spring return.
Pros:
  • pivot
  • well made.
  • Side-to-side Panning
  • Adjustable locking handle
Cons:
  • Very visible Logo and writing in white lettering. Gun Metal Grey, Camouflage coloring or Autumn coloring would be better considering the application it is used for.
Best Used for:
  • All shooting applications.
