Most Helpful Negative Review Disappointed
This review is NOT reflected on Optics Planet which shipped my order quickly and packaged it well. I order 200 cases .223 First Breach brass, (2 bags) based on the so called match grade meticulous manufacturing process. Some of the brass I had when reloading had burs at the base and some of the brass would not even fit into my shell holder. I made 3 attempts to contact the company First Breach and within 2 weeks with no responses for a resolution. Definitely quality control issues and expected better considering the price paid. There's no phone number or address on the packaging or web site. T...

Not quite as good as advertised on the package.

I managed to get 50 pcs. to weigh within 1.o grain I tumbled and cleaned all 100. Then primed all 100. Then weighed each case. Like I said I got the first 50 to 97.3g to 98.3g great. The second 50 however is a little worse, 97.4g to 99.5g. They claim that they are match grade brass. I choose to differ. My 40+ years of reloading I have reloaded all most every brand of brass. The best brass I have come to expect all the brass will weigh no more 1.5g. These are good, don`t know they would be match grade in my book. My favorite brass has gotten spendy. So out curiosity and to save some money tried these out. The first 50 I`ll keep segregated as match ammo. The second 50 I`ll relegate to plinking. For price and quality these are absolutely worth the price.
Pros:
  • Good brass, good price, fast shipping
Cons:
  • can`t say anything bad about this brass
Would recommend: Yes
