Great Light!
I'm a K-9 Patrol officer that works nights and this is by far the best and most innovative flashlight I've owned. Its blindingly bright, extremely functional and truly hands-free. This flashlight affords me the ability to hold my dogs leash and access my weapon at the same time. Its also great while using long guns. The only drawbacks are that the light isn't rechargeable and the price is kinda expensive. but you know what they say... you get what you pay for! I recommend this light highly!
Pros: Versitility
Cons: Kind of expensive
Liberator Tac Light
This light provides a level of mobility that can't be matched by weapon mounted tac lights. Light can be directed where you need it without pointing the weapon in same direction. Very bright and versatile.
Pros: Exceptional quality, durability, brightness, adjustability
Cons: Pricey

Innovative, useful, expensive
I'm a Border Patrol Agent, and use the Liberator as my primary light. I've used it in all sorts of weather conditions. This light solves nearly every problem I've ever had with a flashlight; allows hands-free use, locks off so you don't accidentally activate it, and prevents you from accidentally occupying your gunhand with a flashlight. I've noticed three small downsides to it.
1: It's incredibly expensive.
2: If it's in it's holster and locked off, it's a little slow to get ready for action, and it requires both hands to unlock it.
3: The standard holster it comes with has a velcro closure, which makes noise when you open it, so if stealth is important in your use of it, you may want to explore other holster options. I've also noticed this holster making noise as I move around when it's empty.
Unfortunately, even great products are not perfect; my light began malfunctioning and I can't rely on it in the field right now. However, I contacted the manufacturers, and they are going to repair or replace it under its three-year warranty.
