I ordered one of the fun hats for a friend. Hair was ordered as blonde. A black haired model arrived. I have e-mailed and called Flair Hair about this but no response. This was for a week.
Pros: Product looked like fun
Cons: Flair Hair sent the wrong product and ignores all communication
