This is a great sharping tool. After years of trying to get knives sharp with wet stones, whet stones, diamond pads, sand paper and ceramic sharpeners I finally found the secret to that edge that can slice paper. The edge and sides of the knife have to be SMOOTH as glass. A strop and polishing compound is the answer to achieving that smooth edge.
