Poor construction - FLIR Systems Thermosight Pro PTS233 1.5-6x19mm Thermal Imaging Weapon Sight

Purchased this scope 6 months ago. It was slow to boot up from day one. Never had a chance to mount it due to work. After sitting in the case for a few months it won't come on at all. New batteries, allowing extended boot up times, nothing. Now I contact OP and send off to flir. Likely gone for months. For more than 2K you'd think it'd work more than a week.
