Not usable in a Law Enforcement setting. Gun stays put once it clicks in. Tried using a hair dryer to loosen the retention. No luck. No retention screws. In a high stress situation, this holster is unreliable.
Pros: Close fit, price
Cons: Gun does not come out quickly
