Most Helpful Positive Review Yes, the best one ever used
I have owned and used the Crush, the Rockchucker, Turret presses, Progressive presses, cheap presses and expensive presses. Wish I had found this and could have afforded it years ago. Priming system, perfect. NO shell holders, perfect. Die change system, perfect. Effort required, perfect. I give it ...

Most Helpful Negative Review Far from perfect
I purchased a co ax because "the word" was that this was the best press out there. AND the price re-inforced that message. Other than bullet seating, for which i use an arbor press, this is my do-it-all press. While the primer seater is designed to produce consistent results, it is almost impossibl...

I'm glad I finally bought my Forster Co-Ax Press

by GaryG, Verified Owner from IN, United States Written on February 16, 2025
I've wanted Forster Co-Ax Press for a long time, but I just never bought it. I finally bought it, and I am so happy that I did. When I want really accurately loaded cartridges, one after the other, I use this press.

I should have bought one of these years ago.

by GaryG, Verified Owner from IN, United States Written on February 10, 2025
I have several different presses, and each for specific purposes. I just turned 75 and I have severe arthritis in both of my wrists. It has been getting harder and harder to use my presses as the arthritis gets worse. I wanted a "do all" press that is accurate and has good leverage. Many people suggested the Forster Co-Ax Press, so I gave it a try. I believe it is the answer to what I have been looking for. It is very accurate, easy to use and the leverage is such that it is quite easy for me to operate without stressing my wrists, I should have bought one of these years ago.

Very well built

by Montana2004, Verified Owner from MT, United States Written on November 6, 2024
This is built very well and allows for quick changes of dies once you have them set up. I haven't gotten to use it much yet but my forst impressions are very good.
Pros:
  • Well built and quick die changes
Cons:
  • Need the Forster lock rings to properly fit the die holding slot though I think it could be used with other brand die lock nuts but the die would move a lot.
Best Used for:
  • Any reloading

Just Awesome!

by Clavos, Verified Owner from CA, United States Written on September 8, 2024
I purchased the Co-Ax press to replace a RCBS Summit press after it broke while sizing .308 brass. It's a night and day difference reloading on the Co-Ax. The extra leverage built into the Co-Ax press compared the RCBS makes it a lot easier to size brass. Yes, it costs more, but absolutely worth the extra money. Buy once, cry once.
Pros:
  • High quality, easy to use.
Cons:
  • Expensive.
Best Used for:
  • Anyone wanting a single stage press.

Forster Co-Ax reloading press

by lLoveMyForster, Verified Owner from KY, United States Written on April 28, 2024
Awesome press!! I have been using other single stage presses for years and had always wanted a Forster. I have upgraded all my dies to Forster dies and have seen measurable improvements in loaded ammo, but couldn’t seem to get the consistency I was looking for. The Forster Co-Ax solved those issues. My loads have improved my groups across all the calibers I load for. This press is precision built and smooth as silk. I would recommend this press and Forster dies to anyone who is looking to improve their hand loads.
Pros:
  • None
Cons:
  • cost
