Most Helpful Negative Review Performs. Used item received.
This really does the trick on my Savage/Ashbury Precision Ordinance.308 The nitride coating and fluted appearance match the barrel perfectly, however the finish was not as expected. Mine appears to have been used as it had wrench blemishes.

Shoulder saver

I had shoulder replacement surgery several months ago so I knew I need a brake on a rifle I'm taking to Africa. I put this brake on an ultra light custom 300 win mag mountain rifle, less than 6 pounds. It took the gun from painful to shoot after 10 rounds to being able to shoot over 35 rounds with no trouble.

wrong crush washer

Purchased a Fortis red 7.62 muzzle brake and it was shipped with a 1/2" crush washer instead of a 5/8s". Makes you wonder how much they really care about their products. I sent them a email but haven't heard back that's why I gave them 3 stars.

Works great, no problems

Keeps my Diamondback AR-10 308 on target after shot. Couldn't ask for an easier device to reduce time between follow-up shots. Machining is great. Finish seems durable. Comes with crush washer so yo don't need to order any. Make sure you have the vice tool before installation so you don't damage you receiver finish. Takes some muscle for sure to get it on.
