Ordered the Grey dust cover on January 9th of this year, along with 2 other Fortis Manufacturing Carbon Fiber themed parts (Grip and Foregrip) to match my Coda Evolution handguard.

The other two items both shipped and arrived when expected (according to typical Value Shipping estimates - next to shipping costs), however the dust cover did not ship for almost a month despite the "In Stock" status on the site at the time of ordering and during the delay in shipment - Ordered Jan 09, shipped Feb 04, Received Feb 07.

I did not order this part to gain any sort of benefit other than: "Everything matches on my rifle now!!" but I enjoy the aesthetic as much as I expected and had hoped. The Dust cover seems to be built with quality materials. I was unable to find any pictures of the inside of the cover, and was pleasantly surprised to find an "easter egg" alien head on the bolt side.

Overall, I was pleased with my purchase, and I think I will get the Fortis Gen II Ambi CF Lower next to tie everything else together.

Looks great! I now have several, they are an awesome cosmetic upgrade and set your build apart from others. FYI- the FDE model I received is not close to FDE, it is metallic tan/bronze (ish)

Very good quality, the fit and finish was great.the carbon fiber look, looks amazing.

For a cover its pretty nice i have no complaint, matches well with my Tyrant cnc stock. Other than that its just a dust cover. I would wait until you can get them on sale but if you impaitent its not a bad buy.

Idk what everyone is having trouble with! It fit great on my Aero Precision M4E1 Upper. Looks good. It’s a cover.

The quality of this dust cover is amazing. The light Bronze finish is beautiful and the Carbon Fiber in-lay looks real. Unfortunately it did not fit my Core ar-15 mil-spec lower. As you know the tolerances are critical. This dust cover is not adjustable and the Latch detent ball was about 1/16" would not stay tightly closed. This is my third cover I have tried and no luck FOR ME AND MY CORE. I've given up after $25 to $35 wasted money on custom covers, so I painted my factory cover and reinstalled that one. I hope these comments were helpful.

Only issue I had was the detent came loose, you need to loctite the detent adjustment after you have it set. If it works it way loose it will break and or damage your rifle. Fit and finish was great

I was a little worried about how well it would stay closed after reading reviews, but it fit and functions perfectly, very pleased

I put this on a carbon build and it was the cherry on top
