Check alignment on the brake - Fortis Manufacturing Muzzle Brake 9mm Nitride

Ordered this muzzle brake in 9mm 1/2x36mm thread pattern. Apply i went to install the item, the threads inside of the brake were cut at an angle so that the brake twisted on at almost a 45 degree angle from the barrel. Of course when we sent it back, it is on back order again. This is a tough item to get. If the replacement doesn't work out, we will find a different brake for our AR. Customer service was quick to react and walk us through the exchange process. Now just waiting...Not sure if i would recommend until i see how the 2nd brake works out.
