Too high and missing components - Fortis Manufacturing SS FIFTY Safety Selectors

I'm absolutely disappointed as ever once again when trying to find the perfect size safety lever was so irritated with many others that I said screw it and ordered this high dollar concoction. The package came with no detente like stated or springs and definitely not no Allen wrench it needed to screw the things tight for assembly. After finally getting it to match up I was excited to tighten the screw after trying many different sizes Allen wrench to star heads. Got it where I wanted it finally seemed great but the right side still wiggles like it is t getting tight enough and if your ocd like I am that will drive you crazy so I'm reaching out to the company and telling them send me a replacement or a refund because for this price this should be dipped in gold and snap together tight as a ticks as!!! Smh horrible do NOT waste your money on this!!!
