Not functional
Bought this for a sharps bros billet upper and the detent will not engage to lock shut because of the thickness of it. If the detent were a little further in it would lock up properly. The overall quality is nice but if it doesn't function then it's not of much use to me. Didn't return because of the fairly low cost. Will try on another upper to see if it will function. Buyer beware if you are using a billet upper.

Clean lines
Really nice upgrade to the standard mil spec epc. It’s easier to put on BEFORE you install your hand guard. Has a solid fit and is tight, not shakey. I would recommend buying this to save money and look good.
