Not size 3
These must be kids size 3. Not anywhere close to any other size 3 I've experienced. Gave 1 to a friend for his 6yr olds Halloween costume and he said it was almost to small for him. Unfortunately I didn't see the no returns. 2 still sitting in original packaging. Next Halloween I guess.

Dont waste your money
This thing is would fit a one year old even though it says adult/ civilian and its fallen apart the second i pulled it out. Dont waste your money it took them 6 weeks to get it to me when it was suppose to be one. I would give this a zero star but it would wont let and it wont let you return it.
