The eye ware "kit" comes with three lens and no instructions on how these lens may be removed or changed for different conditions. Overall the product, lens, frame, and elastic head strap, is made of very light material and lacks the substance necessary for frequent use typical of range or field shooting. Good for occasional use or light field conditions but save your money and look at other options if you really want a good pair of shooting glasses.
