This is my second one. Even though its easy to change dies having two speed's things up. The built in shell holder is a great plus. One less thing to find on the bench. The led light is nice for seeing what is going on. Thumbs up in my experience.

This is a very good and solid single stage reloading press. It has some nice features like the LED light and the heavy duty die locks that offer very reliable performance. The setup is fairly straightforward and I would recommend this press as a primary or secondary press on any reloading bench.

Boke on me my very first use. My friend had a Forster Co-Ax Single Stage Press and I loved it. The Frankford has the same adjustable shell jaw holder as the Forster, which is why I bought it. Problem is that the shell holder is only held on by 3 very small screws. I slightly stuck a case and ripped the shell holder right off the base. I have looked online and found this has happened to a LOT of people.
Frankford has a really good variety of budget reloading equipment, but spending the money on a good press is worth it. I use Frankford for my brass cleaning, primer seater, calipers, and even powder measure, but NOT the press. Frankford has an amazing return policy. They will replace any broken product, no questions asked, but to me the press is worthless. I retuned it, spent the extra money on the Forster, and haven't looked back.

Have used it about a month and very pleased! The so-called slop in the die holding system some complain about is by design. This allows the case to align with the die as it was meant to without forcing it into what might be a slightly out-of-alignment die and bending the case. No problems with runout on this press. I’ve been reloading for 53 years and have used an RCBS Rockchucker exclusively all those years. I like the Rockchucker and will still use it to prime with but stevemy new FA press will be used for everything else. Love the light and the solid heavy construction! Optics planet had best deal on the press and die holders I could find anywhere plus free shipping. Definitely would buy again!

This pres works great. Some say the dies move but if you tighten them down well they dont. And the movement od thr die holder on the mouth is on purpose. Love it compared to my lee press. But it doesnt do anything special or badly.
